How to Turn Off Your Facebook Notification Sound

Facebook Notification Sound is the Pop sound you hear anytime someone sends you a chat message or comments on your post or comments on a post you also commented on. It can be frustrating to hear Pop sounds especially for those who love to work in a quiet environment and don't like to be distracted with sounds.

Here are the steps to turn off your facebook notifications sound

Step 1 : Log in to your facebook Account, Click on Settings

Step 2 : Click on Privacy Settings

you will be taken to a new page

Step 3 : Click on notifications

 Under Notification settings, You will find how you notifications  and also see other options beside it.
The first option is On Facebook and beside it you will see View.

And then uncheck the box beside "play a sound when each new notification is received".

      Thats it.
