We all know the stress we go through writing a post, am talking about bloggers compose original contents and not copycats. Most times it takes over an hour and sometimes we find out that we can accidentally hit the delete button when it was not our intention to do so.
In this tutorial am going to show you how to recover or restore an accidentally deleted post on blogger. Sometimes it may happen that the post has already been published while other times it was just saved as draft, which ever way, I will be showing you how to recover such post that was accidentally deleted.
How to Recover a deleted Post in Draft or an Unpublished Post
If the post you deleted was in draft, All you need to do is find the post URL.
Depending on your browser, goto your browser history and look for the link to the draft post as all activities that went on in your browser can be found there.
For example, If you are using firefox, Click on Firefox at the top left of the browser, On the drop down menu, click on history and you are likely to find it there.
If you are using google chrome, Click on the drop down menu at the top right just after the tab and click on history or better still, press ctrl + H and you browser history will show.
Once you find it there, it can be retrieved.
How to Recover a deleted Published Post
If you have already published you post before you Accidentally deleted it, you have two ways to get it back.
1. Blog feeds - If you blog publishes feeds using feedburner,google reader or any other feeds reader, All you need to do is subscribe to your own feeds by entering your E-mail address and you can get the post sent to you.
2. Search Engine Cache - All search Engines maintain the cache of indexed pages, for example if you post is indexed by google, google maintains your post cache. To access the cache of your blog,enter your blog URL as shown below and click the cache button next to your blog.

Am really a constant victim of this,most especially when am in haste to publish my blog article after proofread and all the like, I discovered when I hit the publish button and I thought it has been published yet returning to writing page and mistakenly click on close button I discover it was a blatant lie that it has been published.
