Just in time for the season, WordPress just released it's latest version WordPress 4.1 dubbed "Dinah" in honor of Jazz singer Dinah Washington and it brought along some cool new features together with a new theme.

Every year, WordPress releases a new theme and 2015 is no exception. The new 2015 theme is beautiful, responsive and comes bundled with WordPress by default and uses Google's Noto Web font.
The 4.1 also comes with a new distraction-free writing mode that hides all WordPress' clutter and modules to help you focus on writing and not getting distracted by things on the sidelines.

Other smaller new features that comes with it includes Vine embeds, more languages, the ability to log you out everywhere and a bunch of improvements for developers.
As usual, WordPress users can download the update manually and install offline on local hosts or install the update from their dashboard.

I usually never download anything lol. I have a tech guy that handles it for me. I have a great way to break things in my back office. So, I have the guy that hosts my blog do it all for me or tell me when it is good to download on my blog. Better safe than sorry lol.
